美国移民局案件查询-美国移民局官方网站WWW.USCIS.GOV
移民局收到申请，发出的通知上会给出一个含有13个字符的申请收据号码。该号码以三个字母开头，如（EAC，WAC，LIN或者SRC）。 
比如MSC 03 036 65311，MSC 这三个字母表明您的案件已经在移民局中心存盘，其中： 
•WAC 是指 California LIN 是指 Nebraska 
• EAC 是指 Vermont SRC是指 Texas 
•MSC 是指 Missouri 
•03 这两个阿拉伯数字表明您的案件在哪一个财政年提出申请的，例如 Year 2004-04； 
•036 这三个数字是指签证申请存盘的那一年的工作日，例如005是2000 年10月6号，
•036就是2000年11月18日； 
•65311这五位数字是您的签证申请存档的那一天的申请号码。


美国移民局案件查询-网上查件服务范围 
1.只适合查询以WAC, LIN, EAC, SRC 和MSC开头的案件； 
2.适合查寻H-1B签证，未婚夫妻签证L-1签证和其他的签证申请人； 
3.持有美国劳工许可证者； 
4.绿卡申请者。

美国移民局案件查询-查件指导 
案件查询时，请输入对应的申请收据号码。在输入收据号码时，请删除破折号“-”。但是，如果收据号码里包含其他的字符，如：星号“*”，在输入号码时，请不要删除。 
案件查询(My Case Status)，请进入：cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do 
通过该案件查询，您可以查询到： 
•目前案件所处理到的步骤 
•目前的处理步骤与案件整个程序的联系 
•案件处理的国家目标时间和平均处理时间

另外，您也可以在移民局网站注册，选择通过E-mail和/或者短信的形式，接收来自于移民局的关于案件最新进展的通知。移民局会通过短信通知您案件有新进展，并指导您登陆账户美国移民案件进度查询-查看案件的最新进展。
美国移民局案件查询方式：请上美国移民局官方网站 WWW.USCIS.GOV
然后在网站首页的最下面左下面的英文单词：MY case status栏目，点击这个栏目进入查询CASE栏目页面，然后把797CASE收据中的CASE号码输入在左上方的空格中查询即可。当然查询美国移民局CASE进度需要查询人有一定的英文能力即可。
